Collaberation

This was interesting. As i had no clue what was going on through all of this. Something about reality and fiction, you had to find and understand the grey area in-between. Had a thought to do something about heaven and hell but it wasn't apporiate. Instead we agreed on university subjects. It was to make a lowfi lecture set and talk about broken promises. Spending no money and recycling everything to create a really shitty lecture. We made a video with statistics and politics in, with a voiceover from google to make it rubbish. It truly was the definition of over worked underpaid.

Social Awareness

Sensitive subject. Texting amongst teens. Its a serious thing and happens to most. The percentage is high and will only get worse to the cyberspace always and forever will store that image whether sent through email, text, social media.

You had to figure out whether you were an illustrator or an author-strator. I realised i like to write my own work and then illustrate it. Find it easier to create more self confidence in my work when its guided by a theme and writing by myself. Good project.

Stop Frame animation

First stop frame animation. Never judge a book by its cover. Fun, light and would definitely look into more to sharpen up on as a skill.

Dementia

Thanks to Hilltop Court for giving us the chance to create a piece of work that will help people with late stage dementia. Its been eventful learning about friendly colours and keeping things light and recognisable. I've found a comfortable way to work now as these workings and can be developed more, to a professional smart finish. Two different rooms, one male, one female. Four walls, so two themes. It seemed fitting that seen as both room are where the residents would eat, that they be food based.

Females room is themed with a picnic feel. Including a picnic basket, cake, strawberries and cream. Sticking with a fun light colours, keeping all food outline but colouring goes over the outline to not make it feel lifeless. The same feel goes with the male walls, though these are pub themed. Including scampi and beer, steak and mash.
